High Pressure Mist System

For the optimum “micro” climate in your Greenhouse

Increase the humidity level in the greenhouse and lower the greenhouse temperature with the Ceres High Pressure Mist System.
The so controlled temperature results in lesser opening of the ventilation windows and therefore a more optimal CO2 level. The mist system is a high pressure system with 70 – 80 bar working pressure with max. 120 bar on the pump. The water droplets are, 3 to 6 micron (μm) super small. Droplet size is the result of the special design and production method of the misting nozzles. Because of its size , the droplet ‘floats’ in the air and evaporates before it reaches the plant.

Stainless Steel Misting system
The Ceres High Pressure Mist System is designed to distribute the humidity proportional and is manufactured from high quality stainless steel materials. The nozzles ensure a high emission rate at low volume, without dripping. All installations are tailored to each individual and greenhouse cultivation.

PE Misting system
The Ceres High Pressure Mist System build up as a modular, so called “click on” system. The entire system is supplied as “do it yourself kit“. It does not need welding or difficult fit work and therefore very easy to install.

Ceres High Pressure Mist System pump sets
The mist system pomp set is built as a standalone Unit. The capacity of the unit is specially designed for each greenhouse (customer made). The PH is stabilized before the mist units to a level of Ph 5,5. The pump capacity of the system is also customer made. It depends on the area and climate conditions. We normally advice a capacity between 400 up to 600 gr water/hr/m2.
